Shrimp Finger Food

Got the girls off to Branson Missouri on Wednesday, and headed down to southern Utah desert scouting for a deer tag I have in the Paunsaugunt. Got pretty tired of instant oatmeal in the room, ham&cheese sandwiches in the truck, and microwave spaghetti at 9:00 PM in the motel room again. Glad to be home!!

Shrimp and bacon poppers, hollowed out the peppers and then bedded the shrimps in the cream cheese. Baked the shrimp in butter-garlic-jalepeno slices-smoked paprika. Quartered up some charred tortillas to wrap around the shrimp, as mini--tacos!! Smashed avocado since they were over-ripe, with garden tomatoes, and green onions. What an awesome meal!!

Great looking dinner Blank. Hows the scouting going.

Good. Learning lots of new country, and how to access certain areas. Saw a few dozen deer total in 3 days. Bucks are all still full velvet. Northern part of the unit the deer are shedding their red summer coats, and are starting to darken up. Had a neat experience when a big bobcat walked right across the road in front of me, while I was glassing some deer!
