sightron rifle scopes

Anybody have any experience with the Sightron scopes? I've been seeing and reading more and more good stuff about these scopes, and was wondering if anyone here has first-hand knowledge or other feedback on them.

I've never used them, but I have a buddy that works at a small local sporting goods store and has access to a lot of different brands of scopes and he absolutely swears by them. Whenever I ask him anything about optics - all he talks about is Sightron.

They are very comparable to Leupold scopes optically and don't cost as much! I have a Leupold 3x9 VXII on my 300 WSM and a Sightron 3x9 on my 270 and I can't tell a difference in them.

I have one on my 22-250 and have no complaints. Good scope for the price.
