Silvies cow elk

Any one have any info on the late cow hunt in Dec. west Silvies my dad has the tag he is in his 80s gets around good just wondering if the elk are going to be on private that time of the year. Thanks and good luck to everyone this fall

There should still be elk on the public. IMO. Hunted it but it has been years ago. The elk were low to mid elevation but on public.
