C CCity65 Member Messages 99 Jan 28, 2021 #3 We have gravitated to doing our T-giving turkeys this way. We have long since stopped stuffing our birds, and doing dressing only in a casserole dish, and once we tried this, we've never switched back. Much quicker cooking and more juicy bird.
