...decided to rejuvenate the meatloaf from a while back. Made some new gravy with fresh mushrooms and added smashed taters, crispy bread & 1/2 an ear of corn, which was bought around the corner yesterday on sale at 3 ears for a $1. The meatloaf was even better the 2nd time around.
