.....roast beef. Cooked up one of my bargain $2.77 lb. bottom round roasts last night with half-baked taters, fresh green beans, gravy & crispy bread with garlic butter. Got enough meat left for another hot beef dinner & a French dip, too.

The French dips after a meal like that are the best.
