Has anyone tried the Creedmoor scope cover? It looks pretty sturdy and tuff.

I have a STS 80 and the Swarovski scope cover on mine. The cover works well. Kind of cost a lot ( over $200 ) But if you are protecting a $1800 scope it's worth it i guess.

Why cover it? Would you cover up your porshe or corvette? I have the swarovski ATS 80 and I cover it with the swarovski cover. I carry my scope in many different ways. Many times on a back pack and I like the extra protection that a cover gives while bustin' brush etc. The cover protects the objective and eyepiece lenses much better than the plastic snap on covers. If your gonna spend the money on quality optics then you may as well spend the money to take care of them. fatrooster.
