Statewide sheep, goat, and pronghorn license raffles

Tickets are available for the Colorado statewide sheep, mountain goat, and pronghorn raffles, as well as a pretty sweet custom 28 Nosler. Check them out here (you have to click through another link to the rifles; facilitates Facebook advertising).

Still a ton of tickets left for this 28 Nosler and the $5,000 credit towards your own rifle build. Less than 10 days left to purchase tickets. Sheep ticket sales are way down this year over last as well.

Around 6000. Pretty good odds when compared to statewide sheep raffles in other states. It’s because ticket sales are capped at 25 tickets max per person.

6,000 !!! That’s seems like a lot ? $ goes to a great cause though.

It is a lot, but comparatively not.

At 6,000 tickets, if you threw in $100 your odds would be better for the Colorado statewide sheep tag than they would be for any deer, bull elk, sheep, goat, bison, or moose tag at the Hunt Expo. Heck, your odds would be better than for some of the cow elk tags at the expo!

Last year Idaho raised over $200,000 with far cheaper tickets for their statewide sheep tag.

In 2019, the last year I have numbers for, Wyoming sold over 17,000 chances for their sheep supertag.

Point being, the odds are not great, but I'm not sure there are better odds for a statewide sheep tag.

And there are still tickets available for that sweet 28 Nosler. Amazing!
