Has anyone donated a tag. I have a 12ae deer late that I am thinking of turning in on point guard. What kind of programs does the state have?

They have a list on their wesite someplace I think - we donated to Wounded Warriors. They gave the sandhill crane tags we donated to kids of wounded or fallen service members and took them hunting, too. You must send your actual tag back with some paperwork. Or just drop it by the Game & Fish office.

Donate it to Outdoor experience for all. A child with a life threatening illness or wounded warrior will be able to use the tag.
oe4a.org they have all the forms you need on the website.

We donated an elk tag to Outdoor Experience for All. The tag went to a young lady with health issues. They are a great organization.

You may want to make photocopies of your paperwork so you have proof to get your points returned. It sounded like it's a pain for Game and Fish to add your points back. They were happy when I said they could skip adding my points back for Sandhills.

I think I am donating to Arizona elk society for their Wounded veterans program. The process is pretty straight forward but if you want all of your points be sure you fill out the paperwork correctly. Whatever organization you choose should be able to assist.

Both programs do good things: one of the main things Outdoor Experiences for All is known for is getting children with life threatening illnesses out into the field; the focus of Heroes Rising Outdoors (a program of the Arizona Elk Society) is to get disabled Arizona veterans out into the woods with hunting as therapy.
