Tater tot shells, in a muffin tin. Stuffed with spicy breakfast sausage, cheddar cheese, egg mixture, and more cheese at the end. Fun!!!

That looks really good. Thanks for sharing. I’m going to try that out. Not only does it look like it tastes good, it looks like it will make a great turd.
 
I sprayed the tin with non-stick, dropped the frozen tots in for 10 minutes at 375, while I browned the sausage. Took it out and smashed the now warm tots, and added the meat, cheese, and egg. Cooked another 20 minutes
