Brad Shaw in Woodland Park. Excellent work and quick turn around. If you want his number and info. pm me and I will get it for you. He does taxidermy work as a side job and spends alot more time on each animal than most taxis can afford to do. He does it more as a hobby than a profession so he is extremely particular about every animal that leaves his place. Here's a link showing some of his work he has done for me.

Check out Genesis Studios. it is in Gunnison, but definitely worth the trip over there. Chip does awesome work.
