TCC bulk powder

Anybody know anything about this powder? 30-35 years ago you used to see their ammo at gunshows in AZ and I shot my first deer w/their ammo.

I see that they have bulk powder for $108 for 8#. The powder numbers don't match anything that I've seen...I think. I could easily swing by their place around thanksgiving, while enroute to the old home area and thereby save on the Hazmat Fee.

What powder is it? There's a difference in surplus powder. Is it virgin surplus or pulldown? Pulldown can have a few more contaminamts as it has been previously loaded. I have used quite a bit of different surplus powders but never paid over $59 an 8lb jug. Of course that's been a few years.

The numbers do not match any that I have seen before and it is marketed as new powder. At all the websites that have the $59 powder, tis sold out.
