Teriyaki Whitetail Tenderloin and Brocoli

Got chastised and taken to task by HCM for not posting only WILD GAME, so here it is. Since the two women in my life don't eat it, I post what WE eat.

Sliced and marinated a WT tenderloin in teriyaki marinade for 24 hours, flash fried to rare, added broccoli florets for three minutes, and finished with a sweet chili and soy glaze, and sesame seeds. Jasmine rice topped it off. The left over meat will make an awesome Oriental sandwich tomorrow!!

Not important, just a comment on another post. I enjoy showing folks what they could do with their deer, elk, or antelope even If I have to use beef or pork for it. :)
