I Do My Own Testing on alot of Different Guns,Powders,Bullets & Etc!

I Loaded This Stainless CVA ACCURA II in .50 Caliber with a POWERBELT 338 GR PLATINUM BULLET & 95 GRAINS of BH 209 3 Years ago to See what the BH 209 would do to the Barrel/Breech on This Gun!

I Pushed the Load Out of The Barrel today & Started Taking a Close Look at everything!

The Powder Was Still in a Loose form/Not a Set-up Clump & Still looked Fine!

I Pulled the Breech Plug Out,It Wasn't Stuck & Not Tighter that it normally is!

I Had Fouled the Barrel Just One Time before loading it back up with this Load!

I Took a Close Look at the Breech/Barrel after Cleaning it & I See NO Damage/Pitting or anything else using the Human Eye for Inspection!

The 338 GRAIN PLATINUM does Show some Corrosion!

But I'll Guarantee You This Load Would Have Fired with No Problems!

No,This Ain't a Practice I'd Recommend,I Done It to See what This BH 209 would do in Time!

Unlike the Load I Left in My HAWKENS with Good Ole 3fff BLACK NASTY when I was a kid for a few Months,Not Perty!:D

Here's a Pic of the POWERBELT:
