Girls decided to abandon me for their monthly pinochle card group. Rummaging around in the fridge, I found some groceries to make a double burger and hash-brown frittata. Couple of Jimmy Dean patties, little egg binder and southwest hash browns (one for the sandwich, and another to eat with pico), sharp cheddar, country pepper gravy instead of Mayo (top and bottom). Healthy was topping w/ egg, jalepenos, avocado, and fresh cantaloupe.
