Tex-Mex Sausage Burger Tonight

Girls decided to abandon me for their monthly pinochle card group. Rummaging around in the fridge, I found some groceries to make a double burger and hash-brown frittata. Couple of Jimmy Dean patties, little egg binder and southwest hash browns (one for the sandwich, and another to eat with pico), sharp cheddar, country pepper gravy instead of Mayo (top and bottom). Healthy was topping w/ egg, jalepenos, avocado, and fresh cantaloupe.

My last meal before a death sentence would resemble this burger. To me a ritous burger can be better than any steak.

I Also like a good burger with Garlic aloe.....

The better half had her birthday yesterday and she had a choice to go out for dinner or me grill her something….she wanted a Ribeye with carmelized mushrooms and I did some onions as well. Blanks posts has me cooking more.........
