Wow! I stopped by the expo today and, based on the Mossback booth alone, you'd have to conclude that we are in the glory days of trophy deer and elk. There were literally dozens of trophy deer and elk all killed by one outfitter in one year.

I realize he has a large presence and is helping people with tons of money and special tags, but that is incredible that they can turn up that many quality animals in a single year.

My hat is off to him.
 
It's exciting to see whopper bucks and bulls being harvested across the Western US!

Places like Antelope Island and Henry's certainly produce world class muley bucks for the lucky few that hold tags.

I wonder if there were a lot of giant bucks that used to make it through the seasons compared to today when there are bounties and groups of guides keeping tabs on the biggest whopper bucks in the state that are often filled by auction and convention tags?
