If any of you MM'rs happen to be in the Palisade area on June 19th come on by and have some roast Pig and Palisade Brewery Beer. It's our third annual roast and it's quite the time.
Built my own permanent roaster out of concrete, brick, and steel. The lid got too heavy to lift so I had to sink a post behind it and mount a pulley, all operated by a hand cranked boat winch.
