Girls ate their big meal at noon, and told me to fend for myself tonight. Had this piece of whitetail loin just waiting for an excuse to be eaten.

Chopped it up, sautéed in butter and spices, mixed in all the yummy oriental veggies like carrots. onions, snow peas, broccoli, and crunchy water chestnuts and stuffed into egg rolls. My friends gave me a new Wingers sauce to try - kinda like a cross between hoisin, Sezhwuan pepper, and sweet Chile, but sure was good. Had enough wrappers for 8 of those babies!!

Blank, my wife found this at Trader Joe's we both love it as a dipping sauce on spring rolls, dumplings, ect. The fact that we both love is odd. If you can find it I think you might like it too.
