Idk. I run an aluminum manfrotto tripod and head and love it. Except the tripod weight. Found a carbon fiber tripod at sportsman warehouse that is far less weight and looks outstanding. The field optics research Promax FT6229C
Think it's less than half the weight of my current tripod.
Runs about 200$. Will be my next purchase
