Feeling experimental tonight, so whipped out the fixings and started dinner. Nice thick pork loin steaks off a roast, sautéed some onions, garlic, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes in white wine and heavy cream. Baked a spaghetti squash, and made Italian poppers out of sweet mini peppers. Stuffed them with seasoned bread crumbs, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Fresh bread to dip the gravy up. Purty darn good!!
