Unit 100 antlerless Elk

I have a type 6 unit 100 antler less elk tag that runs from Oct.15th to the end of Nov.
I have had an issue with my back that requires surgery on Nov 15th and am looking for any info that would help me in filling my freezer this year. The area that I can hunt is in the SE corner of unit 100 bordering unit 118. Any help would be appreciated. Best of luck to you all.

I would try to contact the rancher in that area. Leave out the back story as he’s not one to give pity to anyone. Pretty sure he lets cow hunters on his land, it’s where the majority of the elk will be…

Should be plenty to hunt. Hunt them like an antelope, drive and glass. Walk in and glass.
The retrieval should not be a problem.

Just drive up the Bar X or Tipton Road as it's getting daylight. The hardest part should be not spilling your coffee as you get out of the truck.
