unit 231 - camp spots

Hey, does anybody have some recommendations for good centralized camp spots for 231. Will be out there during the muzzy season.

My son has the first rifle tag. We will soon be going up there to scout again. I was looking the other day at the area I had once hunted for cow elk and it is now a wilderness area. I wonder if the road will still be classified as a wilderness? If so, there will be some long walking to do to get to the bulls. Lions Spring was the place everyone camped at in the past, like a zoo. With them making White Rock and Parisan, wildernesses this will make this hunt tuff! Stay in contact and I'll give info when I have went up there to scout.

when i had an elk tag there i stayed at Horse thief campground, it had hot showers, bathroom, tables, etc. it wasnt much of a drive into just about anywhere in 231.
