Hello all,
Hope all hunting, and life, experiences are going great! My brother, father and I have a hunt in Unit 33 starting next week. I have done my research, but have not been able to scout, as I work 60+ hours a week, and have three children. I have found the Mescalero Sands hold the most deer, as far as research. I am used to hunting the Western side of the state, but my dad wanted to try the primitive muzzleloader hunt in 33. He talked me into it, now here I am. My dad is handicapped, and cannot put miles upon miles on his boots, so I am looking for a little help. Where would you start, with the best chances of finding numbers? We are not looking for huge deer, just numbers and a fun hunt.
Thanks in advance,
Matt
