any info on this unit will be very helpful ive done some scouting but could always use some helpful hints thanks

Maybe he isn't deer hunting. Could be going on a sage grouse hunt? Or maybe chasing the elusive Hungarian partridge? May also be wanting to go on an archery antelope hunt.

Sage grouse will probably be closed, Hun's will be much like chukar, hard to find anywhere. Archery antelope? Maybe, but so many guys are going out there why whould anyone new to the unit what to go there? Wait I guess he could be elk hunting. Anyway good luck to him. Ron

I think you are on to something with the elk hunting Ron in unit 46. He could also buy a bear tag and hope to get lucky on a big ole bruin out there too!
