Unit 51 Elk

Looking for how the season is playing out so far and if there is any snow in the mountains of 51. Looks like some weather moving in next week but not much after that. Will be hunting the unit towards the end of the month so any info to help quiet my anxious excitement is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Type 1 or 2 tag?
I will be there near Crandall this upcoming week.
Should be some snow when i get there but probably going to warm up and melt most all of it in next couple weeks.
May snow again by the last week of Octobers end.
