Unit 55 Archery Deer?

I am going to head that direction on the 25th. Never been there before. Any info on some good public land late mule deer hunting in this unit would be greatly appreciated. Any tips on hunting them this late also appreciated.

Should be a fun hunt, I have never hunted it but have several friends that often hunt it with success.

There are deer everywhere in the unit. Snow depth/temps will drive any migrations. Just take some time and glass and you will find them.

Thanks for the info! Any areas close to Albion that might be good public land?

Again, depending upon snow depths and temps (right now those are not an issue) there are deer pretty much across that range.

Stop in Burley at the BLM office and get one of their topo maps that shows public and private lands. There is a bunch of public lands around Albion just make sure they are not blocked by private.

Get the map then glass and hike the public lands and you will run into deer.
