Unit 73

A buddy of mine is looking to do a goat hunt in this unit and I am wondering how much public land there is and what you guys think of this unit.He is looking for bucks in the mid 70's.

Any info would be great..

I think the quality is about the same as many other units in that area, but there seems to be a lot of licenses for the number of antelope. I've never been on any of the private land, so there may be a lot of antelope on the private to justify the high number of liceses. I think if you hunt seriously (don't just shoot the first one you see) you can find a decent buck in most Wyoming units.
