Rained everyday from Tues to Sat. Finally broke Sunday.
Drier this week. Still no rubbing yet but they are

Great pics--I've been enjoying them.


I watched a little 5 point bull last night rubbing his antlers on some serviceberry at about 7300' elevation. It wasn't coming off, but he's trying so it's getting to be that time.

THANKS so much for the pics that you post. They are super. I do not always respond, but I always look. You have some outstanding pictures and that is magnificient country. I came through there last week and looked up at the high country. It's humbling; makes me feel pretty small.

Those bulls are looking fat and sassy. I look forward to the day I draw my tag for that unit, maybe in three more years. I am fortunate though to be hunting 851 this year so should be a great year for horns w/ all the rain in the SE part this summer.
