If I'm reading it right, as a nonresident, I can apply for every species now. At only $10 a pop. That's going to make the random odds alot longer. It will be nice to have my name in the hat more times, though.

I'm a little confused over waiting periods on ELK... I shot a nice big LE Bull this year but cannot apply for another LE Elk permit for five years... But I can apply for a Spike Elk permit later in the year ?

Then if I have a waiting period... can I buy a bonus Elk permit ? I don't think I can because I can't legally draw a LE Elk the next five years....

I need a book rather than the PDF file... dang thing makes me dizzy.
