Sargent Keith Fullenkamp of the Utah Department of Wildlife Resources died in a Wyoming traffic accident yesterday. Keith was returning from a successful elk hunt in Colorado when he was involved in a collision with a semi traveling in the opposite direction. Apparently the semi drifted into Keith's lane. The accident occurred near Baggs, Wyoming shortly after 2:00 pm yesterday.
He will be escorted by the state honor guard from Rawlins, Wyoming to Kaysville today.
Keith was a great friend and asset to the community of Utah. He leaves behind a wife, Tanna, a Forestry, Fire and State Lands employee, and their 1-year-old son, Jake.

Please keep the Fullenkamp family in your thoughts and prayers.

That is a tragic loss for all of us.
DWR workers have the most thankless job on earth and get paid less than any job I know of that requires a degree.
My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to his wife and son!

I've dealt with Keith on several occasions, and he was a first class guy. That is a sad deal. He was also an official B&C scorer.

Theres logic, and theres women. They don't go together.

Keith was a very nice guy I knew through B+C. This is a tragic loss to the community, as well as to his family, obviously. I am deeply saddened by his loss. Prayers for his young family.

My condolences to the Fullencamp family. I never knew this man, but I appreciate the effort that he and others have made to perpetuate our hunting and fishing heritage.

Sad indeed. My experience with Utah DWR people has been nothing but pleasant and I am sure this man will be missed! My thoughts are with his family.
