Ok..here we go. My teen daughter shoots a “meat buck” on opening day. In her defense, she could only hunt one day. She made a great shot from 450 yards, captured on video.

Actually, side story...that same morning she had indeed missed a shot on a nice 4x4 at closer range. While sitting in the afternoon she watched this buck for a little over an hour trying to decide whether she wanted to shoot it, or not. Unbeknownst to me, while I was off hiking around nearby, she spent time practicing dry firing on it to ensure she could avoid making another shooting mistake. I was impressed with her persistence at correcting herself.
