Is there any good reason to use these to store ammo? I have 4 I was going to sell but might keep a couple if it there is a good reason to store ammo in them.

Besides the fact that they are airtight to seal out humidity, they are weathertight to keep the ammo dry, they hold just the right amount of ammo, they stack perfectly, they don't take up much room, they don't crush like factory cardboard boxes, they have great carrying handles, you can throw other stuff in with your ammo when you head to the range or out to the field, and that they can take a ton of abuse and last forever?

Nope, I can't really think of anything. ?

If the rubber seal is still in good shape on the lid, they are great for storing ammo and bullet molds if you are into casting your own lead bullets.

Which kind of cans are they? If they are the old WWII cans with clasp latches they are hard to find. People would love to buy them. There are lots of the recent vintage cans.
