Virgin River Narrows/pigs

I have heard that you can hunt wild pigs down around mesqite year round is this true would be great time for cabin fever. Is a liscense required if true??

that is true. you do not need a license but you would probably need a guide.

This is a high fence deal? Is that correct or incorrect? I have seen the pig hunts advertised but always thought they were a private ranch hunt.

Most of the pigs in mesquite have been killed off. There used to be a lot down around the river. There are a few that remain but it's very tuff to find them since it's so thick and mostly private property.

No license is required to hunt them since they aren't a game animal.

The majority of the pigs are on the arizona side. There are some private ranches that offer hunts there. Never hunted them myself but have friends that have.
