VOTE!! Pro hunting constitutional ammendment

I don't like the way the bill is written. There are too many variables that water it down. With terms like "with subject to certain regulation" and "subject only to statute, and rules and regulations adopted as provided by statute".

The final basis of the bill does nothing to protect hunting in certain ways ie use of dogs or bait. The state could still enact statutes that eliminate and restrict several methods etc.

Though the wording is not perfect, it's good enough for me.

Turning hunting and fishing into a right that cannot be taken away vs a privilege is big. Ask the folks in the Cali forum how they like their hunting rights with the liberals who run their state.

This state is NOT getting more conservative with the influx of new folks moving in and it's just a matter of time before it could turn into a place with California or Colorado-esque political leanings.

Amendment E will have my vote in Utah.
