The good news just keeps coming. At the salmon information meeting in Santa Rosa yesterday things were very positive. It looks like the salmon numbers are a little better than last year's so we should get a full season. Last year it was June to September so we should have that at least and maybe even Memorial weekend. If their numbers are correct the salmon fishing should be real good. Add in the big increase in Pacific Halibut quota and the relaxing of rock fish regulations (plus TWO Ling Cod). It's shaping up to be one of the best seasons in years.
