weaver or leupold mounts

I am wondering from you guys what would be the better mounts. I have had mixed suggestions and it has come down to these two bases and rings. These are going to be placed on top of a vanguard in the .270 win. Thanks for all the advice and help.

I agree there is no comparison, Leupold all the way.

I have the Weaver mounts on my 270 and have not had any problem with the at all. This last year I put a set of Leupold mounts on my wifes 243. I can tell you that the next set of mounts that I buy will diffenutly be Leupold. They are much easier to work with and you can ajust the windage on the rear mount just in case your scope will not ajust enough.
