Mike McKinny, at West Texas Hunting, has a few mule deer hunts available for 2022. 4 spots are available on a new ranch and 1 cancellation on another.
New Ranch - 4 Openings
Hunt Date options are:
November 26-30 (Max of 3 for these dates) or December 7-11 (Max of 2 for these dates)
Please read this completely-
2 to 3 hunters maximum per set of dates. Hunt will take place near Sanderson Texas with your lodging and meals all included.
1 to 2 guides provided per hunt. Rifle only.
Bag limit per hunter: 1 Mature mule deer buck of any size, 1 Javelina, and 1 whitetail doe.
Aoudad can be added on a trophy fee basis.
There is a good population of both mule deer, whitetail, elk, aoudad and javelina on the ranch. This is a free range hunt. The Elk have already been spoken for.
Cost: $6495 Each
There are multiple blinds and feeders to hunt from and a good road system so Mike can accommodate most people on this hunt.
They can do a little spot/stalk & safari style as well depending on the weather and how many people in camp.
These are not the biggest mule deer but there is a very healthy population of them and Mike expects these to be very high harvest success rate hunts.

The Cancellation Hunt - 1 Spot Available for the 2022 Season!
This will primarily be a guided back pack style hunt in a semi remote area where several of our properties join but are hard to access by roads.
Some driving will be done but not much. Regular/General season hunt which is November 25th-December 11th
Only 1 Hunt with 1 hunter is being done here this season. Van Horn Texas.
4 Day 1x1 Guided Hunt $5,495.00 (Without Camp or Meals). A camp set up and meals can be provided for an additional $1,500.00
If available an Aoudad Ram can be added to your hunt for $4,500.
