What is the chance?

What is the chance of drawing resident 3A 3C archery this year with 13 points? I have 10 son has 16.

Not very good, a few years ago it was in that range, now it is near 22 points, assuming you are a Non Res,

according to gohunt a resident with 13 points for 3a/3c early archery is 5.4% draw odds. your son can draw it with his 16 points. Sounds like you should let him draw and focus on him and then keep applying for yourself for a later year.

With 16 points he can draw just about any archery tag in the state. Choose wisely and make sure you have the time and attention to dedicate to it. 3a/3c is a good unit but you absolutely have to hunt hard to kill big bulls. Drawing the tag is the easy part. I hope he draws and kills a good one.

You can draw anything anywhere as a resident I drew the Early rifle Bull tag there with just 7 points last year. I once drew any early bull tag in unit 1 with 3 points. My Daughter got one with 4 points Early rifle . Gotta play the game. Good luck. .......................BULL!
