When is the Elk Bugle?

Guys,

It seems like every state is different,I was wodering when you think the elk bugle is in full swing in Idaho.

i have always found that the last week of sept-first week of oct. has been the most active for the bulls to be talking in the units i hunt in the central part of idaho..
with that said i think the bulls come in way more willingly the first week of sept. only they are very silent when they do,, so ya better be ready..
