Which unit for cow elk

What would be a good unit for a cow elk muzzleloader DIY hunt?

kinda depends what type of hunt you want you want to do.

Some where with easy access to the area,where i can set up camp and hunt from my camp.I will be hunting alone.

well there are tons of area i can think of that you can do that. I live up in Glenwood Springs and archery hunt unit 43 and 471 and see alot of elk in the month of september. I would guess that a muzzleloader cow tag would be a slam dunk up there.
