Let you know right now this year will be an extra **** show. With the winter kill in the north west and a whole bunch going to draw just south of that. Been down right nuts the last few years, now more guys will be squeezed onto fewer units. If you want just look at the CPW brochure and toss a dart at a unit on the OTC map. If you expect someone to divulge good info on a OTC unit, good luck. What is the saying about crapping and hope?

Gotcha. Not looking for someone’s good ol honey hole for otc elk. Just looking to talk to someone familiar with some areas. Winter has been hard, I understand that.

Well what would you like to know then? There are small novels written on all sorts of OTC stuff on here and other hunting forums, but I’ll try to help point you in the right direction if I can

The question is really too general to answer effectively. Pick the kind of country you like to hunt and start there. The dart board works too.
