I was in excellent cardio and strength shape before this China virus hit. Haven't done chit in the last 3 months or so and lost all my gains. Started hiking again the last couple weeks. Planning on upping the cardio and doing strength training again.

So damn hard to get back into it. I'm in my 50s so not young but aint oober old like some on here. :)

You guys staying in shape or what?
 
No, I aint got no rona. Just working from home and getting fat. My company had a full gym with personal trainers (for free).

I was doing cardio 5x a week and strength training. I could take on 3 old white BLM protesters and now I can only take on 2.

I'm not quite seeing the round shape yet but better put down the cheetos and cheap beers.
 
If nothing else, get on a treadmill at a 5 or 10 rated incline, set it for about 3 to 3.5 mph. try to go for an hour. That ought to get your blood pumping, and help to keep away that "round" shape. Try to do this every day. Watch hunting videos while walking, the time flies.
