WY res:Unable to apply for draws

As above. Know what hunts I want to apply for but they’re grayed out when attempting to buy. Website says res able to purchase licenses starting in January. What did/am I missing?

I suggest you call the License Section in Cheyenne.

Did you create your username and password?

Created user ID. Called Cheyenne and got it figured out. Sometimes the most obvious escapes me. Thanks guys.
