I am NR and putting in for units around Alcova with no points and buying a special antelope will i most likely not draw?

I just looked and answer is yes you will not draw even in special with 0 points. Only hope would be for a random, worth a try .

so since i wont draw should i just put in for the regular hunt and not special and get my 1 point?

Depends on if you want to hunt this year or not. If you want to hunt this year, applying in the special draw will give you better odds in the random part of the draw. You won't get a point anyway, You have to buy your point later.

Yes that’s why I said hope for a random cause it can happen .
