Wyoming Bonus point question

Hi.
I could use a little help planning an antelope hunt with my daughter. The unit we are looking at needs 1 1/2-2 points to draw. We have 4 points each.
In a group application for both of us Is it possible to use her points only for the application process and me not losing my points? Or would we both have to burn our points to secure the tag? Thanks

You both would burn your points in that situation, no way around it. One option would be for her to draw solo this year and then you split your points with her next year so she gets 2 hunts. That or find a friend or 2 with 0 this year.

You would be much better off to apply for a unit that takes 4 points to draw. They usually have more public, or huntable, land. I wouldn't use 4 points each on a 1.5 unit.
Or as mentioned. Split you points with others.

Find a better unit to apply for. 4 points can get you a pretty decent hunt. 1 to 2 points, not so much.
