Wyoming Leftover license List!

Hey guys, does anybody know when the are going to publish the leftover lists-Hatrick

Sometime in July.

i know the old way the leftover draw was after july 20 was just wondering .....thought they may post it sooner since they are not doing the leftover draw this year-Hatrick

They wait until the resident draw is over. The resident drawing is completed around 3 July, so the leftover list usually comes out around the 4th of July.
