Wyoming Moose unit 23 or 24 ?

Wow not sure what happened, lost my account and thread after the update. Anyhow I have 19 non-resident preference points for Wyoming moose. Was wondering which area would be best to try for a tag unit 23 or 24?
Unit 26 is out of range

Had a great time in unit 24 ..... 2018. Saw 13 moose in two and half days five of which were bulls. Seems like everybody I talked to in the area had seen a moose or two as well. It may not be a “trophy” area but beautiful country with plenty of moose.
