Wyoming Nonres. Moose - Unit 22 or 18?

I have enough points to draw wyoming moose and have narrowed it down to units 18 or 22. Opinions on the best unit to apply for? Whats the grizzly bear situation like in each unit?

Hunted 18 two years ago. Saw 1 bear, first day and it was big, saw tracks a lot. I have no information on 22.

Both would be good. Extremely lots of country in both. Will be a few more grizz in 18 but don't let them bother you. Hunting in grizz country is not that bad
