Used some small pieces of yellowfin tuna from my last trip to Venice and made tuna burgers. Wife like them better than grilled tuna steaks? I fine chopped the tuna, added it to chopped red sweet pepper, hopped male enough, chopped fried bacon and grated cheese. Added a little chili powder, salt and black pepper. Made it into Pattie’s and fried in the bacon grease. Added some sliced red pinion and avocado. YUM

Got started eating these down in Costa Rica at the lodge we go to. They make them for lunches, with fried plantains, and have a dynamite mango habanero sweet chili sauce. I like to do this here at home with a couple of the small frozen filets I get, but alway use my little pulse chopper to get it blended up a little better. Add one egg as a binder with all the spices and veggies and make patties. Sriracha aioli is great on them!!

Good job!!!
